Default Deadly Paradox vs Serpent's Quickness

These two stances read almost exactly the same as far as skill recharge. Why is it that Paradox will not affect the next stance whereas SQ will?

Well, it won't for the test weekend at any rate, and if these changes come to pass eventually once Anet pulls their heads out, then there will be no more of it at all. Pretty cheap move on Anet's part in my opinion, but they managed to nerf pretty much all of my favorite Assassin builds this weekend, not just this skill.

From the GW website:
"Deadly Paradox: fixed a bug that caused this skill to affect Assassin Stances."

yes, i was wrong. they "fixed it". now it dosnt work like the description says. i wish they would make skills work like the description says, so you dont have to test every skill combo you ever use to see what the skills actually does.

According To Anet: Stances are not skills.

According To Spiteful Spirit: stances are skills.

According to the manual, and the GW website, stances are skills.
